This page provides instructions on how users can request the deletion of their accounts and associated data. For more details on how we handle your information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

1) For Google Play Version (using Play Games Services)

In the Google Play version, login, achievements, and cloud storage (Snapshots) are provided through Google Play Games Services. Play Games data is managed in connection with your Google Account.

• How to Delete/Manage Play Games Data: You can manage or delete your Play Games profile and data through your Google Account Settings (My Account) or the Google Play Games app on your device.

• Note: The Company generally does not collect or store your Google Account email address; your data is processed according to Google’s privacy policies. If you require additional assistance, please refer to the "Request Deletion via Email" section below.

2) For Non-Google Store Versions (ONE Store, Galaxy Store, etc.)

For builds distributed through stores other than Google Play, account and gameplay data may be stored on third-party servers (e.g., BACKND) to support cross-device play. To request the deletion of your account or data, please use the following method:

Please send an email with the subject "Account/Data Deletion Request" to the address below: Email: ancoachcustom@gmail.com

To process your request, please include the following information in your email (DO NOT include your password):

• Store/Build Information: (e.g., ONE Store, Galaxy Store, etc.)

• In-game Login ID (Username):

• Optional (for verification): Approximate last login date, device model, and OS version.

• Scope of Request: 1. Delete Account + All Gameplay Data 2. Delete Gameplay Data Only (Reset progress)

Processing Time: In principle, requests will be processed within 30 days after verification. Please note that certain data may be retained for a specific period if required by applicable laws (e.g., records related to payments or refunds).
